How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and traffic, but we dispatch from Kingsport and cover the Tri-Cities daily. When you call, we'll give you an honest ETA before the truck rolls — not after.
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes. The tow line — (423) 480-6621 — is answered around the clock, every day including weekends and holidays. Our repair shop keeps separate hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm).
How much does a tow cost?
We quote before we hook, based on distance, vehicle type and conditions (a winch-out in mud is different from a hook on pavement). No surprise fees, and you'll get an itemized invoice you can submit to insurance or AAA for reimbursement.
Can you tow AWD, lowered or luxury cars? Motorcycles?
Yes — that's exactly what our flatbed is for. AWD vehicles, low ground clearance, exotics and motorcycles all ride on the bed, not on their wheels.
Should I drive it if it still runs?
If your car is overheating, losing oil pressure, or the transmission is acting up, driving it can turn a repair bill into a replacement bill. A short tow is almost always cheaper than a destroyed engine — call us and don't risk it.
